When coming to Genshin Impact, players not only want to own a character, but also want to have enough destiny to optimize their abilities.

1. Hutao
C1: When activating elemental skills, Hutao’s heavy attack deals Fire damage without consuming stamina.

C4: When E skill ends, team members (except Raiden) have 30% increased attack for 10 seconds.
C6: In the One-Minded Dream state, Raiden Shogun’s rage skill damage to an enemy will reduce the rage skill CD by 1s for all characters on the team (excluding Raiden).
